Find a meeting time that works across several time zones.
Standard-based
Interactive calculator
This calculator becomes interactive when JavaScript is available. The page still provides its method, limits and related tools without JavaScript.
How it works
Pick a reference date; the tool computes what that date's 24 hours look like in every participant's time zone (accounting for daylight saving on that exact date), then colors each hour green (within that person's stated working hours), amber (early/late but likely awake), or gray (likely asleep).
Result classification
Standard-based. The result follows a published technical standard or the browser’s IANA time-zone data. Browser time-zone data can vary by version, so important historical or future rules should be confirmed.
Limitations
Depends on the browser’s standards and time-zone database version. Repeated or nonexistent local times require an explicit choice.
Frequently asked questions
How is "best time" chosen?
It's simply the hour where the most participants are inside their own stated working hours; ties go to the earlier hour. Adjust each person's working-hour range to fit your real team.
Can I send the exact proposed time to teammates?
Yes. Share copies a link that reopens the tool with the same cities, date, and selected hour. Copy Result provides a plain-text summary that you can paste into a chat or email.
