Contact
Contact and advertising forms are submitted securely to TimeNivo through Cloudflare and stored for support follow-up. Your email application remains available as a fallback if direct delivery fails.

Automatic deletionMeeting polls and booking links
Creating a poll stores its title, time zones and candidate instants for up to 45 days. Votes store the name supplied by the voter and selected option numbers. Booking links store the owner name, time zone and availability for up to 180 days; confirmed bookings store the guest name, optional email, optional note and chosen instant. These records are used only to operate the shared link and are automatically deleted after expiry.
Google Calendar free/busy access uses a session-only OAuth token and requests availability ranges without event titles. Imported ICS files are parsed locally and are not uploaded.
